    Open Mac Note Taker

    First launch asks for Microphone + Screen Recording. Grant both. Calendar is optional.

    Onboarding

    Six steps. Permissions, then a License page where you can paste your purchase email and OTP - or skip and run free.

    Start a meeting

    When Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, or Webex picks up your mic, the menubar pulses gold. One click to record.

  4. 04

    Stop = transcript

    Speakers labeled. AI summary if enabled. Exports to Markdown, JSON, SRT, or plain text.
